High court decision regarding LT (Assistant teacher) exam result is expected on 15 july 2015

Finally the Uttarakhand LT recruitment 2014 has been initiated through the Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education Roorkee (UBTER). 60% will be direct recruitment.
Though the process may be marred by controversy for its change in rules of the recruitment process, even then this is good news for the thousands of trained unemployed of Uttarakhand.

Post- TGT or Assistant Teacher LT grade (Pay band 9600-4800-34800)

Minimum requirements:
Graduation plus teacher training course like B.Ed/LT diploma/integrated B.Ed etc.
Registration in the employment exchange of Uttarakhand by 31st March 2014
UTET-II/CTET-II must have been passed by all subject candidates except
1-BPEd candidates will be recruited according to old rules
2-And Art and home science teacher recruitment will depend upon the rules set by NCTE

Age: 21-40 years (as on 1st January 2014)

Recruitment Process: for direct recruitment there will be an objective type written test of 200 marks with 25% negative marking
100 marks for Teaching aptitude, reasoning and GK
100 marks for subject knowledge

Fees: no fees has to be paid

Total posts are divided into two regions- Kumaun and Garhwal

Uttarakhand government has announced the GROUP- C RECRUITMENT (SAMUH- ‘G’) vacancies for 2014. Elections are nearing and new government seems in hurry to left no stone unturned. Any way this can be good news for the youth and we can see peoples flocking news agencies and booksellers. Well these businessmen are making brisk business out of these recruitment drives.
Though the previous Samuh-g posts are still being filled, new group-c recruitment has also arrived.
Three advertisements appeared on three dates - 9th, 10th and 11th February 2014 and some modification in advertisement was published on 12th of February 2014.

Vacancies are scattered among different departments and in different numbers. Backlog posts are also there. It seems that something is there for everyone but in small quantity. You will have to really look through the detail advertisement of Samuh-"Ga" 2014 for the post you are eligible and suitable for.

Age- 18 or 21-40 years (as on 1st January 2014)

Minimum qualification- 12th Pass/graduation/technical diploma/B.Ed and other as the case may be.

Fees- no fees have to be paid.

Note- registration in employment exchange of Uttarakhand is must
Apply separately for different posts otherwise form will be rejected.
No supporting documents to be sent with the form.
Keep the receipt of post and the photocopy of the filled form for future reference.

Selection procedure- Objective type written test and proficiency test (if required as typing, steno etc.)

So with the new CM in our state and the coming election, we would be expecting flurry of vacancies in our state.
The notification for the VBTC 2014 is out.

Total number of posts: 980 +918 (recently added )

Minimum requirements:
Graduation plus Bed/DEd and CTET-I/UTET-I
Registration in the employment exchange
21-40 years of age

Selection procedure:
year wise and merit based on the formulae (given in the adv)

Last date; 22nd Feb 2013 (extended up to 3 March 2014)
