Samuh-g or Group-c exam phase-2 in Uttarakhand 2011-12 by ubter, recruitment of clerks, stenographers, drivers, accounts group posts: application form, syllabus, question or exam pattern, post groups and codes, minimum eligibility for the posts, age limit, reservation categories and rules

17th March, 2013-After Group 28 written exam now candidates are called for type/steno test as follow check the list of roll numbers and the dates of the tests from 8th to 20th April 2013 at Dehradun. They will also have to get their document verification done there. Download the document verification form here for group 28 only.

There are now total of 401 posts (earlier it were 312 posts) in various departments.
Some posts have been added to group 28 (new post code- 179, 180, and 181)

There are three groups (28, 29, and 30) which are now divided into 181 post codes.
 Group-28 (clerks, personal assistants and stenographers etc.)
Group-29 (accounts department vacancies)
Group-30 (drivers)

Selection procedure and exam pattern-
Written test be multiple choice type with negative marking (0.25%) and duration is 2 hours as before.
Group-28: 100 marks paper
Group- 29:100 marks divided into 50 marks for general as above plus 50 marks for the trade or subject related.
Note- on bases of requirement in some post there will be 50 marks for the type/steno test (which will be of qualifying nature only)


Group-30: 100 marks (25 marks for written test containing general knowledge and basic knowledge of driving of 1hour duration and 75 marks for driving test)

Important- general/OBC candidates must get 45% marks and SC/ST candidates have to secure minimum 35% marks to qualify the respective written tests. But this is not for the phase-1 of Samuh-g exam going on right now

And in case of clash of the marks, candidates with higher marks in written exam will be preferred and in case of clash of written marks too, candidate with higher age will be above in the merit.
Candidate must be registered with the employment exchange of Uttarakhand.

Availability of OMR application forms- 25th of December, 2011 to 15th February, 2012 from designated post offices of the state.

Age limit- 18-35, 21-35
There is relaxation (5-10 years) in the age limits to various categories. Check the new advertisement.

Last date- 15th February, 2012 through registered/speed post to “sachiv, Uttarakhand pravidhik sikhsa parishad, dwara- senior post master, GPO, Dehradun 248001”

Note- keep photocopy of the sent application form with you for any future reference.

Cost of the OMR form- INR 500 for general/OBC AND INR 300 for SC/ST
NO FEES for the physically handicapped and they have to send the conventional form rather than the OMR form along with the certificate of disability (Performa of which is there in the new advertisement) and the certificate of employment exchange registration.
