What to do in case you have not received your admit card of Samuh-g exam-2011-12? Where to contact for the admit card and other queries regarding the group-c exam in Uttarakhand? How to get admit card if not received at your address?

As lot of candidates are facing the problem of not getting their call letters for the exam of group 19 to be held on 8^th April and also taking in consideration the upcoming Samuh-g  exams of the other groups; according to the latest news regarding the Samuh-g or group-c recruitment examination in Uttarakhand a notice by the Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education office at Government Polytechnic Pithuwala campus, Dehradun says that those candidates who could not get their admit card can have two situations:

1- In case you haven’t received admit card at your address but you can see the Roll number and the center of exam from the internet

Then go to the allotted center with two passport size photographs and a photo ID to get the duplicate admit card.

2- In case you haven’t received your admit card and you even don’t find it in the website of UBTER then you can contact the UBTER office or the Nodal Officers appointed at each district along with the following documents:

1- Photocopy of the application form

2- Original fee receipt and its one photocopy

3- Photocopy of Employment registration card

4- Two recent photographs

5- Photo ID proof

6- Photocopy of necessary documents e.g. mark sheets and other documents

7- Original receipt of the registry/speed post
