Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and
Technology, Pantnagar 263145, U.S. Nagar (Uttarakhand) is going to conduct the
entrance exam for admission in the session starting from 2013 in it various
courses which ranges from
Undergraduate (B.Sc. Ag., B.Sc. Food Technology,
B.V.Sc. A.H., B.F.Sc., B.Sc. Home Science)
Masters’ programmes including MCA (except M Tech) and
Ph.D. programmes for the residents of Uttarakhand.
M.Tech. admission will be based on GATE scores and
the entrance exam conducted by ICAR and BTech marks.
Candidates from the other states can apply for the MCA and
PhD programmes only.
Kashmiri migrants and J&K residents may also apply for
undergraduate courses only.
Date and time of
exam:
Ph.D. and masters’- 1st June, 2013 from 10 am to 1 pm
MCA- 1st June 2013 from 3 pm to 6pm
Undergraduate courses- 2nd June, 2013 from 10 am to 1 pm.
How to get the
application form and the prospectus:
1- By post by sending Demand Draft.
2- Through designated post offices of Uttarakhand (generally
various main post offices of the state) and Lucknow GPO and Delhi GPO from 15th
of Feb to 26th of March, 2013 by paying Rupees 240.
