Counseling Schedule and stepwise process for BTech (UKJEE) admission 2013-14

Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU) has declared the dates and timings for the counseling of the 13000+ seats of BTech in the state of Uttarakhand. 50% seats are reserved for the students of Uttarakhand state. The admission will be given on the basis of JEE (main) marks.

Stepwise overview of the process of online counseling for the BTech admission 2013-14

Step-1: First download the SBI challan from the website for counseling of UTU (link given below) and submit the requisite cash fees of Rs 1050/- in any branch of State Bank of India within the given dates

Step-2: come again on the given dates to fill the registration form and choice of the subject online

Step-3: Seats will be allotted to you on certain dates

Step-4: after getting seat in the college download the allotment letter and then visit the concerned college with the allotment letter, all your original academic documents including admit card of JEE main, Challan copy

First BTech counseling schedule: 27^th June to 15^th July 2013

Dates of online registration: 1^st July to 7^th July

Date of seat allotment- 10^th July

After a long delay the information brochure is available regarding the JEEP exam 2013 in Uttarakhand.

Uttarakhand Board of Technical education, Roorkee (UBTER) is going to conduct the Joint entrance exam polytechnic JEEP-2013 from 12^th to 14^th of May,2013 for admissions in government polytechnic colleges, Govt. aided polytechnic colleges and private polytechnic colleges of Uttarakhand in the under mentioned courses-

1-Diploma in engineering (group-E)

2- Hotel Management and catering Technology (group-H)

3- Pharmacy (group-p)

4- Textile Design, Garment Technology, Fashion design (group-T)

Counseling schedule for the B.Ed. admission 2012-13 in the various colleges and self financed institutes affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University Dehradun will be as follow:

19^th July, 2012- Part of the previous article “Latest new …extension of two years for eligibility of the B.Ed. in the primary teacher recruitment. Now Uttarakhand also said to have taken this permission from NCTE as per the newspaper report.

And candidates are also demanding the increase in the seats of the special BTC or VBTC in this recruitment process.

Some DIETs have given public notice regarding the absent candidates from the counseling. In Dehradun DIET 11 candidates didn’t report for the counseling and for them 20^th is the last date. Check the VBTC merit of Dehradun below.

Important- if you want to know about your chances of selection or waiting, please check your year of B.Ed. and category then find your total weightage (Gunank) according to the formulae given in the advertisement detail of the special BTC process after that looking into the summary of the lists below you can find out about your chances.

And remember both the selected and the waitlist candidates are being quickly called for the counseling so be ready with your whole documents. Till now based on the information of the visitors in the previous article related to VBTC merit list of Tehri Garhwal, Rudraprayag and Chamoli are out.

In Haridwar candidates backed by the local politician are sitting on dharna demanding increase in the seats. But aren’t they late in raising the voice?

And as one of the visitor said that one politician also writing letter to CM Bahuguna for increasing post in Haridwar! Can anyone ask him why he is not talking of increasing the overall post in all districts? Short term political gimmick!

LT candidates are also planning to put pressure on the state government for releasing the waiting list of LT recruitment exam 2010-11.

Perhaps some candidates of the LT waiting and lectures waiting would be there in the VBTC list of selected candidates for the training. Some regular BTC candidates have also applied in the process. So a better strategy would have been the release of those waiting lists (if at all they want to declare) either before or simultaneously so that candidates can decide on their relative positions and options available to them. This would have definitely vacated some post for the other needy candidates.

New- second counseling will be on 12^th and 13^th November and rest of things will remain same as below. (Check for more details after sometime)

B.Ed. ADMISSION COUNSELING OF KUMAON UNIVERSITY, NAINITAL UTTARAKHAND-2011

Fifth B.Ed. counseling for Art and Science group (including waiting candidates) of Kumaon University, Nainital (Uttarakhand) is going to be held on 3^rd July 2011 at Hermitage Bhavan, sleepy hollow premises, Mallital, Nainital.

Those candidates (Arts group) who are willing to change their center can also take part in the latest counseling for the B.Ed. admission in various colleges of Kumaon University, Nainital Uttarakhand with some prerequisite.

Time to report for counseling is 9 a.m.

Counseling fee- Rs 500 for general and Rs 300 for others.

Carry photocopy and original documents during counseling
