Guest faculty or visiting teachers (LT and Lecturer grade) recruitment in Uttarakhand government school 2015

Uttarakhand government education department had come up with recruitment of Guest Faculty or Visiting teachers (LT and Lecturer grade) in various government schools for various subjects. The recruitment will be done on temporary basis. The applicant should have enrollment in employment office anywhere within Uttarakhand state. Applicants can apply for their own block only.

First of all sorry for not giving enough time to this but your comments motivate me to write something useful.
As I said in earlier post that the government is afflicted with the 'adhocism' simply 'kamchalao'  However something is better than nothing.
Latest show of this mentality is the news that Uttarakhand govt. is going to fill the vacant LT grade teacher vacancies and even the lecturer grade vacancies in various govt. Schools with ad hoc contractual teachers.
Total of these vacancies comes out to be more than 8500. Ah means this many vacancies can be filled. But earlier they were saying that the vacant posts data is overstated! How then this much? Perhaps this include the future shortage too.
In short when permanent jobs are to be given then vacancies, rules and money are all not enough but when contractual posts are to be filled suddenly the vacancy data overshoot? Got, what I said?
Under pressure from the BEd trained peoples (who have pestered them always to the limit of making them insensitive), lack of fund (and/or misuse of fund) and impending retirement of many teachers in the coming years, govt has rather found a short cut to mitigate many sections. One arrow and many targets at a time. Wow.
Though not a bad idea, looking at the pathetic conditions of govt run schools, and army of BEd trained unemployed teachers.
But let me tell you the catch here, though the contractual posts of teacher are supposed to be for the period permanent posts are not filled, the fact is they may then do not think of recruiting permanent ones once it sets in the system. As you all know notification for  around 1200 post of lecturer in the inter colleges of Uttarakhand yet to come and LT recruitment exam date is not decided yet (Unofficial internal report says  that the UBTER  is not willing to conduct this exam). It may hang on for more time if contractual teacher system gets going.
So from the point of view of  those waiting for LT and lecturer, its going to be a 'Lollypop'.
Hope this assertion is wrong and nothing of that sort happen. But the chances are high. And we are sure that this process will also be marred by controversies.
As per the reports of various newspaper,  the process of recruitment of the contractual teachers in the GIC or Junior High Schools will be governed and regulated by a committee of six members headed by the respective DMs of each district.
The total salary/emolument will not exceed 10000 per month. Payment will be on period basis.

Dental surgeon recruitment in Uttarakhand 2013


Uttarakhand Chikitsa Swasthya awam Pariwar Kalyan Vibhag invites application for Dental Surgeons to be posted on the Durgam and Ati Durgam areas of the state on contract basis for one year.

Total posts: 100

Minimum Qualification: BDS and registration in the “Dentist Registration Tribunal” of Uttarakhand

Pay scale: 52000/month for Durgam (remote areas) and 56000/month for Ati Durgam (extreme remote areas) areas.

Application fees: Nationalized Bank DD of INR 80/- for GEN and OBC and 40/- for SC/ST and 25/ for PH candidates

Selection procedure: Academic merit followed by interview.

Last date of application: 15th June 2013

Other condition of service: Execute a non judicial (INR 100/-) stamp for the service of one year.

Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhiyan (RMSA) recruitment 2013; Contractual/part time jobs in Uttarakhand government schools 2013


As we have already mentioned in the previous article namely-

That Uttarakhand government is going to fill up various posts of academic and non-academic staff in the government schools of Uttarakhand through outsourcing and on contractual basis
Latest reports say that some government schools have been upgraded from Junior High schools to High Schools in Uttarakhand. And as result of this up gradation Posts of headmaster, LT teacher, Lab Assistant, Librarian and other posts are vacant in those schools. There may be posts of Physical Education Teacher also.

These post and other vacancies in Junior High School is supposed to fill them through the Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhiyan (RMSA).
Salary of these contract jobs will be around 8000/- per month or so.

As per the report and news from the persons who actually filled those forms, these vacancies are being filled in each district separately.

Persons from Chamoli and Tehri Garhwal have already deposited their form.
We also could not check the details officially in any notice or so.
Further there is no exact place to get the form. Perhaps the UPNL office near Garhi Catt, Dehradun can tell you more details.

You might have to check the details in your local newspapers.
We will update the information as and when we can get more details.

Kendriya Vidyalaya or Central Schools affiliated to CBSE New Delhi are under the administration of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) a central Government Autonomous body of the ministry of Human Resource and Development (MHRD).
To fulfill the shortage of permanent full time teachers it employs the contractual teacher on temporary basis generally for the tenure of one year or session. And the contract period is not extended for another year for the same person.

Note- this session and in future also some Kendriya Vidyalayas require you to be CTET or UTET qualified. So be ready for that.
And if you want to find more information regarding the following vacancies it is better to visit the schools yourself prior to the date of interviews.

As there are lots of KVs in Uttarakhand and with the new session to be started KVs of different districts have come out with their requirements of the of the various grade vacancies to be filled for the session of 2013-14.
