Latest news on RMSA and SSA vacancies in Uttarakhand 2013: when and where the vacancies have appeared?

So you may have seen some ad and news related to RMSA or SSA in the newspapers and we could see peoples flocking to the earlier posts or articles that have description of the previous advertisements and news on Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhhiyan (RMSA) and Sarva Siksha Abhiyan (SSA) on our website www.uttarabuzz.com.

But as far as appointments in the both the schemes are concerned there is nothing so far!

Having said that one caution is that - like in the earlier instance the vacancies of the RMSA were being filled from back door without proper advertisements in the newspapers, so that can happen this time also. So you will have to be aware of this.

Newspapers have said that vacancies are likely to be filled in this month of August.

But so far we could see only the ads or tenders (which most of the peoples wrongly took as the ad for placements in the RMSA or SSA) for the outsourcing agencies (the firm which is going to fill the vacancies in those schemes of the central government for the improvement of the standard of the education).

However to be on a safer side you can check with your District Education Office (DEO).

DEO (Madhyamik) will be looking after the case of RMSA and DEO (Basic) will be the authority for the SSA.

These vacancies or the temporary jobs of teachers, Lab technicians, CRC, BRC etc. in the state government schools will perhaps appear separately and district wise.

Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhiyan (RMSA) recruitment 2013; Contractual/part time jobs in Uttarakhand government schools 2013

As we have already mentioned in the previous article namely-

That Uttarakhand government is going to fill up various posts of academic and non-academic staff in the government schools of Uttarakhand through outsourcing and on contractual basis

Latest reports say that some government schools have been upgraded from Junior High schools to High Schools in Uttarakhand. And as result of this up gradation Posts of headmaster, LT teacher, Lab Assistant, Librarian and other posts are vacant in those schools. There may be posts of Physical Education Teacher also.

These post and other vacancies in Junior High School is supposed to fill them through the Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhiyan (RMSA).

Salary of these contract jobs will be around 8000/- per month or so.

As per the report and news from the persons who actually filled those forms, these vacancies are being filled in each district separately.

Persons from Chamoli and Tehri Garhwal have already deposited their form.

We also could not check the details officially in any notice or so.

Further there is no exact place to get the form. Perhaps the UPNL office near Garhi Catt, Dehradun can tell you more details.

You might have to check the details in your local newspapers.

UPNL is going to recruit Psychologist (1 post), Stenographer (1post), Clerk-cum-Assistant (1post) on contractual basis under the flagship programme of RMSA of the central Government.

There are some more posts to be filled on contractual for the Guidance and counseling bureau under the State Council for Education Research and Training (SCERT), Narendra Nagar, Tehri Garhwal.

1- Sandarbh vyakti (counselor) - educational and vocational guidance and counseling (3posts)

2- Sandarbh vyakti (counselor) - naidanik Manovyagyanik (1post)

3- Sandarbh vyakti (counselor) - Special Education (1posts)

Note- Pay scale for those recruitment 1, 2 and 3 by UPNL is fixed at 20000/month

4- Research Associates (13 posts in each districts)

Salary Structure- Rs. 90000/year per person plus T.A. Rs. 6000/year and Rs. 4000/year for other expenses.

Recruitment under Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhiyan (RMSA) in education department by Uttarakhand Purv Sainik Kalyan Nigam Limited (UPNL) 2012

What is UPNL?

It is kind of consultancy or service provider with turnover of around 118 crores that is supposed to be working for the welfare of the Ex- service personnel or their dependents by providing them the opportunities of employment. However in certain cases they can also recruit the other candidates. Generally various contract base vacancies or posts under many government departments are filled through the UPNL.They charge the fees (service charges) from the respective companies or the departments for providing Manpower to these companies.

Now UPNL has been in limelight just before the elections because of some allegations of the contract base recruitments or even appointments in the education department without following proper rules and regulations.

However UPNL didn’t advertise for these posts (even we came to know about them through persons visiting Dehradun UPNL office and submitting the forms). Later on whole story came out in newspaper.

Well due to nearing elections and public outrage finally government had to stop the recruitment process.

As of now offices of the UPNL is showing the notice of suspending the recruitment process till the election code of conduct is removed.

Actually there are around 1979 different posts available in the education department.

Jobs of Steno, Clerks, Psychologists, Counselor and Research Associate by UPNL

According to the Managing Director of UPNL Brigadier (Retd.) A.N. Bahuguna, 31^st March is the last date of these recruitments,

Reports in one newspaper claimed that the UPNL’s office for the Kumaon region at Haldwani was accepting the forms though through back door which caused uproar among the other youths there.

Those who have applied for the post of Laboratory Assistant/Office Assistant earlier might see the result or the merit list of the selected candidates on 5^th of March, 2012 in the website of UPNL.

Please remember that as the whole process has been under suspicion right from the inception so there is not much clarity regarding whole recruitment process.
