Uttarakhand Open University (UOU) teenpani bypass, near transport nagar, Haldwani (Nainital)

is inviting application from the eligible candidates for the post of professor and assistant professors in various departments.

(a) Professors-08 posts:

Education-02 (SC-01 and UR-01), Commerce – 01, Hotel Management – 01, Agriculture -01, Law-01, Sociology-01, Political Science-01

(b) Assistant Professors – 07 posts:

Education-01 (Woman), Management Studies – 01 (SC), Economics-01, Library Science-01, Physics – 01, Chemistry – 01, MSW-01

Process of selection: academic merit, demo lecture, interview, API marks etc

Minimum qualification: as prescribed by the UGC, State Govt. and NCTE, Govt. of India

Application fees: Rs. 800/- in case of Un-reserved category and Rs.400/- for Scheduled Caste Candidates through Demand Draft payable at S.B.I. Kusumkhera, Haldwani in favour of Uttarakhand Open University.

How to apply: The application in the prescribed format complete in all respects along with self-attested copies of educational qualifications and other testimonials must reach the University through Speed/Registered only.
